How can I determine if I live in Baltimore City or Baltimore County?

The city line of Baltimore runs through my apartment complex. According to my apartment complex I am in the County side, but according to my auto insurance company, I am in the City side. I checked the USPS website and it does have my address listed as City.

Is there a map or something else more detailed I can just double check. I would really like to technically be in the County side because if I can submit proof of this to my auto insurance company, my rate will be greatly reduced.

    For the county should be able to get out of public records and have them make copy of the surveyors office also for the bureau.
    The insurance companies they will do whatever they will do whatever they will do whatever they will do whatever they can to give you proof it sounds like another rip off attempt by the surveyors office also for the surveyors.
